Personal Review: This is a read that'll touch your heart with its sweetness. A YA novel that has a romance filled with bright eyed innocence and wholesome love. The book is refreshing, with its lightness, almost wistful. Of course there was the occasional drama and angst that YA novels are capable of, but it added a lot to the story. A budding young woman, finds herself lost, due to a tragedy, but slowly finds her self, by reaching into the past and helping others. It starts a journey, where she begins to grow into the woman of her present's future. She travels into the past, and with each journey and lesson she finds there, she also begin to stumble upon love. Despite it being a great romance novel, its also one of self discovery. Dive into this sweet YA read, that makes your heart flutter, with its cuteness.

Personal Review: What a good read. It was so very horribly sweet and hopelessly romantic. This one was more of my taste, and it even gave me butterflies. The protagonist has been thrown back in time for most of her childhood, and that's where she found love. Later believing that she's crazy, and the love she knew was nothing but a figment of her imagination, she leaves behind, the place that once carried her back in time to her great love. Now an adult, she finds that place again, and realizes that the love she held near and dear to her heart was very much real. I'm a pure sucker for this kind of plot, and the romance holds you and keeps you locked in. But the story isn't all hearts and butterflies, its also a murder mystery, that scared the crap out of me in just a few pages. While you may be entranced by the romance of the story, you'll also be filled to the brim with anxiety, because of the intense mystery and thrill. It all makes for a better read. Trust me when I say that this one is worth the read. So jump into this romantically, mysterious tale, of time travel and hotties.

Personal Review: This was another sweet read. It was a story within a story. A very unexpected story by the way. It was also a bit confusing at times but still very enjoyable. The confusion of the story is what really makes you want to read the next page. The plot in itself leaves you wanting more, so very unique in its time traveling story. A Chef, our protagonist, finds herself about to marry the man of her dreams, until she tries on some questionable clothing and it leads her back into the past and straight into the arms of a man who just may not be what he seems. The story takes so many different turns, that what you expect with the plot leaves you being right and incredibly wrong at the same time. It gives a feeling of disappointment at your predictions, then you read on, and your excited because there is a whole new mystery. This was a entrancing and romantic tale, where the characters learn deep, and sad lessons, but it is all for a better future. Dive into this twister of a plot, where the past is filled with old ghosts, and the future, with chef kisses.

A Sweeping love story that crosses time, from a bleak 22nd century to 10th century Iceland - a land of rugged beauty and ax-hewn justice.

In a desolate future built on virtual reality, Ginn is a romantic who yearns for something real. She designs environments for people who play at being Vikings. But when her project goes awry, she's stranded in the actual 10th century, on a storybook farm in Viking Iceland[more...]

Personal Review: It was incredibly drawn out. A story filled with detail and a little pizazz. A woman who lacks the joy of the old world, longs for the beauty and the realness of the past. Her world is filled with fakes and a reality based on fiction. Our protagonist gets her wish, and is thrown several hundred years into the past, to the era where Vikings and their traditions reigned. This was a more innocent read than I assumed it would be, softer almost. Its a sweet tale that you need patience for, because I can guarantee it will leave you craving. The tone of this story is almost quiet in its innocence and slowness. Unfortunately it was not a read for me, but if you want a slow paced and romantic, time traveling story, then this is likely the one for you. Its filled with romance and yearning, with a tale of freedom...and lots of grass. Dive into this one, where even though a man may be cursed, there is still a woman willing to be cursed with him.

Personal Review: This was an insanely beautiful read, It's paces nicely and you find yourself lost in a past that's not your own. The author does an excellent job of doing that. Pulling you into the story, and keeping you there. Our male lead, in this one, has a very rare condition, one where he ages much slower than the average man. Finally at the appearance of a 41 year old- his past is haunting him, hundreds of years of the past, mixing with his present. He's lost, wondering if all the years he has left, is worth it. As depressing as this sounds, it makes for an even greater read. You as the reader would, pause, and think of your own past, and what led you to the present you lead. This novel is unlike any of the others. Instead of physically going back into an unknown past, the protagonist, travels mentally, drowning in memories he's lived for hundreds of years. The novel leaves you wondering about this man's mortality and your own, giving you so many lessons, that you never taught you would ever learn while picking this read. You might even find yourself asking the question, "is it better to have love and lost, than to have never love at all?" Our protagonist grows as he figures out his true answer for this question. Dive into a read that won't disappoint you, with its romantic past, and could be tubules, yet needed future.

Personal Review: This was a truly fantastic and entertaining read. Katherine, our female protagonist, made love to a man, she thought was just a dream. Ian, our male lead, knows the woman that left his bed was real enough to leave behind a treasure. With years gone past, the two still think of each other sweetly, desperately. When Katherine finds her way back to Scotland, secretly hoping for the man her heart wants, it ensues for a crazy, and fantastical time traveling story. The writing in this is beautiful, and so is the love you can almost feel through the pages of this book. This romance, is one that suffers absences, grief, murderous men, and time travel. Against the odds, this couple believe their love is enough to burn brightly, in the hearth of old Scotland.
